1. Who we are
This website, premiumsportcamps.com (“Premium Sport Camps”, “we”, “us”), is operated by Premium Sport Travel, S.L., Barcelona, Spain (company in formation; CIF pending). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this site.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in one of our enquiry or booking forms, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, chosen destination, camp type, number of players, playing level, and preferred dates.
Together with your submission we may also record technical information to understand where the enquiry came from: the page you sent it from and any campaign parameters (UTM) present in the link you arrived through, plus standard server data such as IP address and browser type collected automatically by our hosting provider. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not collect special categories of data such as health information — please don’t include such details in the free-text fields.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and organise your padel trip if you go ahead. The legal bases are your consent (which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form) and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we will not send you marketing communications unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, the legal basis is your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a customer, for the period required to manage the booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the providers that make our service work, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting and email — the providers that host this website and handle our correspondence.
- Suppliers involved in your trip — hotels, clubs, coaches and transfer companies, who receive the details required to deliver the service you booked.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC — where you have consented to analytics or advertising cookies, for measuring how the site is used and how our adverts perform. See our Cookie Policy.
- Payment providers — to process the payment links we send you. We never store your card details.
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, and to request its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which won’t affect processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these, write to info@premiumsportcamps.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary cookies to work, and — only if you consent through our cookie banner — analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads, managed through Google Tag Manager. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary is loaded before you accept, refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
