This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on premiumsportcamps.com, what they do, how long they last and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. Who is responsible
Cookies on this website are used by Premium Sport Travel, S.L. (company in formation), Barcelona, Spain (CIF pending), trading as Premium Sport Camps. You can reach us at info@premiumsportcamps.com for anything related to this policy.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Cookies let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you logged in, or measure how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage; wherever this policy says “cookies”, it covers all of them.
Some cookies are set by us (first-party) and some by third parties such as Google (third-party). Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage our tags, does not itself set cookies: what matters is the tags it loads, listed below.
3. Your consent
Only strictly necessary cookies are loaded automatically. Analytics and advertising cookies are placed only after you give your consent through our cookie banner, which appears the first time you visit. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and refusing does not restrict your access to any part of the site.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, with the same ease with which you gave it, by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. We will ask you again at least every 24 months.
The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website, together with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI). For all other cookies, the legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Cookies we use
4.1 Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| [nombre de la cookie del banner] | premiumsportcamps.com | Stores your cookie preferences so we do not ask again on every page | 12 months |
| PHPSESSID | premiumsportcamps.com | Keeps your session while you browse and submit forms | Session (deleted when you close the browser) |
| wordpress_test_cookie | premiumsportcamps.com | Checks whether your browser accepts cookies | Session |
| _lscache_vary | premiumsportcamps.com (hosting) | Serves the correct cached version of the page | Session |
4.2 Analytics
These help us understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages and destinations get attention, and where people drop off — so we can improve it. They load only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-XXXXXXXXXX), deployed through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-XXXXXXX), with IP addresses handled in accordance with Google’s EU data-processing terms.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another | 2 years |
| _ga_G-XXXXXXXXXX | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of the visit (session) | 2 years |
4.3 Advertising and conversion measurement
We advertise our camps on Google. These cookies let us know when an enquiry came from an advert and, where enabled, show our adverts to people who have already visited the site. They load only with your consent, including consent for personalised advertising, which you can refuse while still accepting analytics.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads (account AW-XXXXXXXXX) | Links a click on an advert with an enquiry sent on the site (conversion measurement) | 90 days |
| IDE | doubleclick.net (Google) | Measures advert performance and enables remarketing | 13 months |
| test_cookie | doubleclick.net (Google) | Checks whether your browser supports advertising cookies | 15 minutes |
| NID | google.com | Stores advertising preferences | 6 months |
We use Google Consent Mode, which means that when you refuse these cookies Google’s tags still load but do not write identifiers to your device; measurement in that case is aggregated and modelled, not individual.
4.4 Embedded content
Some pages may embed content hosted by third parties, such as videos or maps. If that content is present, the third party may set its own cookies once you interact with it or once you have accepted the corresponding category. These providers act as independent controllers and their own policies apply.
5. International transfers
Google LLC is based in the United States. Where analytics or advertising data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the Standard Contractual Clauses together with the supplementary measures applied by Google. You can find more detail in Google’s own privacy documentation.
6. How to control cookies in your browser
Independently of our banner, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings — Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer this under privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working, for example the enquiry form.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing Google’s browser add-on, and manage advert personalisation in your Google account settings.
7. Changes to this policy
We review this policy whenever we add or remove a tag, and at least once a year. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.
8. Contact
For any question about this policy, or to exercise your data protection rights, write to info@premiumsportcamps.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
