These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of the padel camps, trips and experiences sold by PREMIUM SPORT TRAVEL, S.L. through the website premiumsportcamps.com. Please read them before confirming a booking — by paying the deposit you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them on behalf of every member of your group.

“Premium Sport Camps” is the commercial brand under which PREMIUM SPORT TRAVEL, S.L. trades. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PREMIUM SPORT TRAVEL, S.L.; “you”, “the traveller” or “the client” refers to the person making the booking and, where applicable, every member of the group included in it.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to every quote, booking and contract for our services. They apply together with any written proposal we send you and with the pre-contractual information form provided before booking. Where a written proposal and these Terms conflict, the written proposal prevails for that specific booking.
The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and has authority to accept these Terms for the whole group. That person is responsible for passing our information on to the rest of the group and for all payments due.
3. What we sell
We organise coached padel experiences in Spain. Our services are:
- Weekend Training Camp — a scheduled camp with a fixed structure, sold either as a complete package (padel programme plus accommodation and transfers) or as a training-only package.
- Private / Signature Trip — a tailor-made trip designed around your group’s dates, level and preferences.
- Corporate & Team Building — padel-based experiences designed for companies and teams.
Coaching is delivered by qualified coaches. Accommodation, courts, transfers and any other third-party service are provided by independent suppliers that we select and contract on your behalf or as part of the package.
3.1 Package travel
When a booking combines at least two different travel services for the same trip — for example accommodation together with transfers or with a significant sports programme — it constitutes a package under Spanish package travel law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Book IV, transposing Directive (EU) 2015/2302). In that case you enjoy all the rights granted by that legislation, including our full responsibility for the correct performance of the package and protection against our insolvency. Training-only bookings, where we provide the padel programme alone and you arrange your own accommodation and travel, are not packages.
Before you are bound by any booking, we will provide the standard information form and the pre-contractual information required by law.
4. Quotes and how a booking is made
- You send us your destination, dates, group size and level through the website form, email or WhatsApp.
- We send you a written proposal, normally within 24 working hours, setting out the programme, what is included, the total price and the payment schedule. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- You confirm the booking in writing and pay the deposit.
- The contract is formed — and your place is secured — when we receive the deposit and send you a written booking confirmation. Until then, no service, court, room or coach is reserved.
Prices, availability and content shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Obvious errors in a published price do not bind us; if one occurs we will tell you as soon as possible and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel with a full refund.
5. Prices, what is included and what is not
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, as stated in your proposal. Your written proposal is the definitive list of what is included in your booking.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in your proposal, the price does not include:
- Flights or any travel to and from the destination city or airport;
- Travel, medical and cancellation insurance;
- Meals, drinks and hotel extras not listed in the proposal;
- Tourist taxes payable locally, where applicable;
- Padel equipment other than what is expressly listed, and personal expenses;
- Anything not explicitly listed as included.
5.1 Price revision
Once your booking is confirmed the price is fixed, except that we may increase it — and you are equally entitled to a reduction — strictly to reflect changes in the cost of fuel or other power sources, in taxes or fees charged by third parties, or in the exchange rates relevant to the package. Any increase will be notified to you in writing, with justification and calculation, no later than 20 days before the start of the trip. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may accept it or terminate the contract without penalty and receive a full refund.
6. Payment
- Deposit: 50% of the total price at the time of booking.
- Balance: the remaining 50% no later than 30 days before the start date.
- Bookings made less than 30 days before the start date: 100% of the total price is payable at the time of booking.
We collect payment by secure payment link or, on request, by bank transfer. Any bank charges applied by your own bank, and any currency conversion cost if you pay from a non-euro account, are borne by you: the amount we must receive is the amount stated in the proposal.
If the balance is not received by the due date, and after we have reminded you in writing and given you a reasonable period to pay, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the cancellation charges in clause 8.
7. Changes and transfers requested by you
If you wish to change dates, destination, group size or programme after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes depend on the availability of hotels, courts and coaches and may result in a price adjustment. We will confirm any difference in price in writing before applying the change. Any additional charges passed on by suppliers will be added to your booking.
You may transfer your booking to another person who meets all the conditions of the contract, provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start date. You and the person taking over your place are jointly liable for the outstanding balance and for any reasonable additional costs arising from the transfer, which we will document.
Names of participants must be given to us at least 7 days before arrival so that we can complete hotel and club registrations.
8. Cancellation by you
Cancellations must be sent to us in writing at info@premiumsportcamps.com and take effect on the date we receive them. The following charges apply:
8.1 Complete packages (padel programme with accommodation)
- More than 15 days before arrival: full refund of everything paid.
- Between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price is retained. Less than 8 days before arrival, or no-show: no refund.
8.2 Training-only bookings (no accommodation)
- More than 7 days before the start date: full refund of everything paid.
- 7 days or less before the start date, or no-show: no refund. Once we are inside the 7-day window the coaching slots and court time are committed and cannot be released.
Where a booking covers several participants and only some of them cancel, the charges above apply to the cancelling participants, and the price for the remaining participants may be recalculated if the group falls below the size on which the price was based (for example, room occupancy or coach ratio).
In addition to the above, and as required by package travel law, you may terminate a package contract at any time before it starts on payment of an appropriate termination fee, and you may terminate without paying any fee where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at or near the destination significantly affect the performance of the package or the carriage of passengers to it; in that case you are entitled to a full refund of all payments made, but not to additional compensation.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the booking, within 14 days of the termination taking effect.
8.3 Right of withdrawal
Package travel and accommodation, sports and leisure services provided on a specific date or period are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Your right to terminate the contract is the one described in this clause 8.
9. Changes and cancellation by us
We plan every camp carefully, but occasionally changes are unavoidable.
- Minor changes (for example, a change of court, a change of coach, or a reasonable adjustment to the daily schedule) may be made without compensation. We will inform you as soon as possible.
- Significant changes to the main characteristics of the services, or a substantial price increase, entitle you to accept the change, to accept an alternative package of equivalent or higher quality where we can offer one, or to terminate the contract with a full refund.
- Minimum group size: scheduled camps require a minimum number of participants, stated in your proposal. If that minimum is not reached, we may cancel and will notify you at least 20 days before the start date for trips lasting more than 6 days, at least 7 days before for trips lasting between 2 and 6 days, and at least 48 hours before for trips lasting less than 2 days. You will receive a full refund.
- Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances: if we are prevented from performing the contract by circumstances beyond our control — including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest or official restrictions — we may cancel and will refund everything you have paid, without additional compensation.
Except in the two cases above, if we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons attributable to us, you are entitled to a full refund and, where the law requires it, to appropriate compensation.
Weather does not normally stop play: sessions may be relocated to indoor or covered courts where available, or rescheduled within the programme. Individual sessions lost to weather with no reasonable alternative will be refunded pro rata.
10. Your responsibilities
- Documents: you are responsible for holding a valid passport or ID card and any visa, entry or health documentation required for Spain. We can advise, but we are not liable for a traveller being denied boarding or entry.
- Fitness to play: padel is a physical activity. By booking you confirm that every participant is in adequate health to take part and will tell us in writing, before arrival, of any condition or injury relevant to their participation. Participation is at each traveller’s own risk in respect of ordinary sporting risk.
- Level: we group players by level to make the training work. Please describe your level honestly. If a participant’s actual level differs materially from what was declared, we may reorganise groups; no refund is due for that reason.
- Insurance: travel, medical and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and is your responsibility. We do not provide it and our own insurance does not cover your personal losses, medical costs or cancellation charges.
- Conduct: travellers must follow the rules of the club, the hotel and the coaching staff, and must not behave in a way that endangers or seriously disturbs others. We may exclude from the programme, without refund, any traveller whose conduct is unacceptable, and you are responsible for any damage caused by your group to third-party property.
- Minors: participants under 18 may only take part when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with their written authorisation, as agreed with us in advance.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for the correct performance of all travel services included in a package, whether they are performed by us or by our suppliers, in accordance with package travel law. If a service is not performed as agreed, you must inform us without undue delay so that we can put it right; where it is proportionate to do so we will remedy the lack of conformity, and where we do not, you may be entitled to a price reduction and, where you suffer damage, to compensation.
Our liability is limited as permitted by law. In particular, we are not liable where the lack of conformity is attributable to you, to an unconnected third party and is unforeseeable or unavoidable, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Where an international convention limits the extent or conditions of compensation payable by a service provider, the same limits apply to us. In any other case, compensation for damage other than personal injury and other than damage caused intentionally or negligently is limited to three times the total price of the booking.
For training-only bookings, which are not packages, our responsibility covers the coaching service we provide directly; services you contract yourself with third parties are outside our contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Insolvency protection
As an organiser of packages we hold the insolvency guarantee required by law. If we become insolvent, the payments you have made and, where the package includes carriage of passengers, your repatriation are protected. Details of the guarantee: [PENDIENTE]
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong during your trip, tell your coach or your contact person immediately so that we can fix it on the spot. If a problem remains unresolved, please write to info@premiumsportcamps.com within a reasonable time after the end of the trip, describing what happened, and we will respond in writing.
Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request as required by Spanish consumer legislation. As a consumer resident in the European Union you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
14. Personal data
We process the personal data of travellers in order to prepare quotes, manage bookings and deliver the services, and to comply with our legal obligations. Full details of how we use your data, the legal bases, retention periods and how to exercise your rights are in our Privacy Policy. Where you provide us with the data of other members of your group, you confirm that you have their authorisation to do so.
15. Images and content
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to PREMIUM SPORT TRAVEL, S.L. or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
We sometimes take photographs and video during camps for promotional purposes. If you or any member of your group prefer not to appear, simply tell us in writing before or during the camp and we will respect that; we will not use identifiable images of anyone who has objected.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, save that, where you contract as a consumer, you retain the mandatory protection of the law of your country of habitual residence and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version in force at the time you make your booking is the one that applies to that booking. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
